  2. =====  Function Help - [B]ulletin Listings  ===========================

  4.   The [B]ulletin function selection will list the bulletins which are
  5.   currently available for viewing and the date they were placed on the
  6.   system.
  7.  
  8.   To view one of the listed bulletins, just enter the bulletin number
  9.   when requested to do so by the board.  If you decide that you don't
  10.   want to look at any of them, just press [C/R] (your [RETURN] key) to
  11.   return to the main menu.

  13.   All the bulletin files are in ASCII format.  If you wish to download
  14.   one, you may do so by entering "F;BLTx" - where the "x" is the bulletin
  15.   number you wish to download.  Since the files are in Ascii text, you
  16.   can use [A]scii download protocol for the transfer
  17.  
  18.   You can optionally request a specific bulletin # to read by entering
  19.   "B" followed by ";" followed by the bulletin number at the Command prompt.
  20.   For example to view bulletin # 1, your command would be "B;1".  Stacking
  21.   of the numbers to read can also be done.  (i.e. B;1;2;3)
